Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using UltraPilot, operated by ULTRA AGENT LIMITED (Registration No. 0105569026818). These terms govern your use of our AI Social Commerce OS, including all features for managing social channels, orders, customers, shipping, and payments.
By accessing or using UltraPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy (https://ultrapilot.app/privacy), and all applicable laws. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ULTRA AGENT LIMITED (Registration No. 0105569026818). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
UltraPilot is an AI Social Commerce OS that enables SME businesses to: manage customer conversations across multiple social channels (Facebook Pages, LINE Official Accounts, Instagram) in a unified inbox; automate replies using AI trained on your business knowledge base; manage orders, inventory, and products; maintain a CRM for customers; coordinate shipping and delivery; process payments and generate financial reports; and view business analytics. We offer subscription plans with different feature sets and usage limits.
You must register an account to use UltraPilot. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your account with unauthorized parties. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ULTRA AGENT LIMITED is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.
You are responsible for: (a) reviewing AI-suggested responses for accuracy before enabling auto-send mode; (b) ensuring your use of UltraPilot complies with Meta Platform Policies, LINE API Terms, and all applicable laws; (c) providing accurate business information used for AI training; (d) ensuring you are an authorized administrator of any Facebook Page, LINE Official Account, or other channel you connect; (e) not using UltraPilot to send spam, misleading content, or content that violates platform community standards; and (f) maintaining compliance with all applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
UltraPilot's AI generates response suggestions based on your business knowledge base and conversation history. In auto-reply mode, messages are sent automatically but are derived exclusively from data you have provided and approved. You retain full responsibility for all messages sent to your customers, whether manually or by AI auto-reply. ULTRA AGENT LIMITED is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You may pause, modify, or disable auto-reply at any time through your dashboard settings.
By connecting a Facebook Page to UltraPilot (and, in future submissions, Instagram or WhatsApp Business accounts), you agree to comply with the Meta Platform Terms (https://developers.facebook.com/terms/) and Meta's Developer Policies. You confirm that you are an authorized admin of any Page or account you connect. You acknowledge and consent that UltraPilot will request and use the following Meta permissions to provide its features: public_profile, email, pages_show_list, pages_manage_metadata, and pages_messaging — each used only for the purpose described in our Privacy Policy §5. We may request additional permissions in future App Review submissions to extend the unified inbox to Instagram Direct Messages (instagram_basic, instagram_manage_messages) and WhatsApp Business (whatsapp_business_messaging); these features are not active until the corresponding permissions are approved and these Terms are updated. You agree not to use UltraPilot to violate Meta's Community Standards, send prohibited content, or engage in any activity that would put your Page or our app at risk of being suspended by Meta. You may disconnect any Page at any time from the Channels page; doing so revokes our app's webhook subscription and access tokens for that Page. You acknowledge that Meta may revoke our access to the API at any time, and we are not liable for service interruptions caused by Meta policy changes.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. All prices are in Thai Baht (THB) unless stated otherwise, and include applicable VAT. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period with no partial refunds except as stated below. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days written notice to your registered email.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for UltraPilot's core features. Scheduled maintenance will be announced at least 24 hours in advance. Uptime excludes: scheduled maintenance windows, Facebook/LINE API outages (beyond our control), force majeure events, and downtime caused by your actions or third-party integrations. We do not provide financial credits for downtime at this time, but we are committed to resolving critical issues within 4 hours and non-critical issues within 24 hours.
You may terminate your account at any time through UltraPilot Settings or by emailing [email protected]. Upon termination: (a) your subscription is cancelled with no further charges; (b) all connected channels (Facebook Pages, LINE, etc.) are disconnected and tokens revoked; (c) your account data, conversation history, and personal information are permanently deleted within 30 days; and (d) transaction records are retained for 5 years as required by Thai Revenue Code. We also support Facebook's automated data deletion — removing our app from Facebook triggers automatic deletion within 48 hours. You may verify deletion status at https://ultrapilot.app/data-deletion-status.
UltraPilot, its features, design, and underlying technology are owned by ULTRA AGENT LIMITED and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content, customer data, and business information you provide to UltraPilot. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not claim ownership of your business data or customer conversations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ULTRA AGENT LIMITED's total liability for any claims arising from or related to UltraPilot is limited to the total amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of profits or business opportunities; data loss caused by force majeure or third-party API failures; or any damages arising from your violation of these terms or applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any competent court.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email to your registered address and by posting the updated terms with a new effective date. Continued use of UltraPilot after the effective date of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
